Almanac PROSLOGION (from Greek “A word to who hears”) is named after the work by Anselm of Canterbury (1077/78) and continues the yearbook Studies in Medieval and Early Modern Social History and Culture, having been published since 1996. The edition covers history and culture of Middle Ages and Renaissance in various aspects and, besides, represents traditions of the St. Petersburg school of medieval studies. Since 2016 it is issued twice a year. The almanac is indexed in «Russian Science Citation Index» and «Cyberleninka».
All articles submitted to the editorial office are subject to mandatory one-sided blind review. Reviewing is carried out in accordance with the Review Plan and the deadline approved by the editorial board, members of the editorial board and leading experts on the topic of publication, who are familiar with the provisions on reviewing. The decision to publish a manuscript or to refuse publication is made by the editorial board in accordance with the recommendations of the reviewers.
